On Friday, November 9, 1990, the 77th Recruit Class of the Columbus Division of Police graduated from the Academy and was sworn in to duty.
I will never forget that day as it was one of the proudest moments in my life.
To be able to be bestowed the honor and the privilege of wearing the badge of the Columbus Division of Police is an achievement I have never taken lightly or for granted.
The bonds and friendships formed with my fellow officers I will forever cherish! I can’t thank you all enough for your friendship and for being there when things went bad. I think of all of you very often!
